Statement of Limited Warranty

Warranty Period

Every sprayer is covered by a one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, with a 6-month limited warranty on consumable parts. Please keep your receipt and complete the warranty registration within 14 days of purchase to ensure your sprayer is fully protected.

Warranty application

If inspection reveals that the issue is caused by defective workmanship or materials, Sprayers Plus will, at our discretion, repair or replace the problematic part(s) or provide a replacement unit at no cost.

Exclusion of Warranty

1. Normal service requirements during the warranty period, such as
   1. lubricating O-rings, seals, and piston cup,
   2. cleaning with neutralizing solution,
   3. Replacement of O-rings and seals due to damage caused by chemical attack or for consumable purposes
2. Failures resulting from accidents, customer abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect, or failure to operate the product in accordance with the instructions provided in the owner’s manual
3. Use of any solution that is not recommended for your sprayer model. (i.e. using acid, vinegar, strong base solution in a diaphragm sprayer)
4. Warranty is voided if alterations or modifications have been made to the unit. Manufacturer is responsible only for products originally supplied by the Manufacturers authorized Master Distributors.

In no event shall the Manufacturer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product.

This disclaimer applies both during and after the term of the warranty. The Manufacturer disclaims liability for any implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
